Which one do you think is better between saving and investing money today? There's risk associated with either saving money or investing in a project but which one do you think is a lot better to choose?

Investing is more important because it will grow your wealth exponentially. Saving in cash can also give you some returns if put your money in high yield saving accounts like fixed deposit bank accounts. You can also save money as bonds, certificate of deposits for better returns but your returns will be heavily affected by inflation.

Saving will always be eaten away by inflation. Investing is very similar to gambling, IMO, though. If you're good at investing, I'd say that, but nothing is certain. Sometimes what you think is sound investments are jus illusionary.

I don't really invest but I set aside savings on a monthly basis. I should probably look into investing into some hard assets.

The only investments which matters are the ones paying the investors more money over time or the ones which their financial value increase rapidly over a few years.
