Introducing the MLMF Knowledge Navigator
As the Monetary Literacy & Mastery Foundation has grown, so has the amount of material available to explore. MLMF now includes structured lessons, glossary entries, Extended Studies, interactive tools, documentaries, Essential Reading, assessments, and Special Studies.
That creates a simple challenge: how do you quickly find the material that answers the question you actually have?
The new MLMF Knowledge Navigator was built for exactly that.
Instead of digging through menus or trying to remember where a lesson or article is located, members can begin with a question, subject, or concept and search the Foundation’s educational library directly.
Start With What You Want to Understand
The Navigator is built around a simple idea:
What would you like to understand?
Search for topics such as:
money creation
inflation
bank deposits
sound money
the Federal Reserve
purchasing power
the Cantillon Effect
stock ownership
The Navigator can then surface relevant lessons, glossary definitions, articles, tools, books, documentaries, and Special Studies.
A search for “bank creates money,” for example, may lead to material on credit creation, deposit creation, commercial-bank lending, and bank balance sheets.
A search for “who benefits first?” can lead directly into the Cantillon Effect and related lessons on money creation.
More Than a Search Box
The Knowledge Navigator is designed as a learning tool, not simply a forum search.
More than 100 curated MLMF resources are indexed, including core curriculum, Extended Studies, Essential Reading, documentaries, interactive tools, Special Studies, featured concepts, and dozens of glossary terms.
The search index also includes related phrases and alternate terminology, so you do not need to know the exact title of a lesson or the technical term for what you are trying to understand.
You can start with the question.
Guided Exploration
Not sure what to search?
The Navigator includes guided prompts such as:
How money is created
Why prices rise
What banks do
Sound money
Who benefits first?
What happens in a crisis?
Each one opens a path into related MLMF material.
The Navigator also includes Bookmarks and Recently Viewed, making it easier to save useful resources and return to material you were studying.
Follow the Connections
Monetary subjects rarely exist in isolation.
Bank lending connects to money creation.
Money creation connects to inflation.
Inflation connects to purchasing power.
Asset ownership connects to custody and counterparty risk.
Central banking connects to interest rates, credit cycles, markets, and monetary history.
The Knowledge Navigator helps make those connections easier to follow.
Rather than asking, “Which section of the site should I open?”
You can begin with:
“What do I want to understand?”
That is what the Knowledge Navigator is for.
