How long have you been using the Internet?

How long have you been using the internet for? I used it back in the 90's but I didn't get a computer until 2006, even then it was an old Windows 98 PC that I was only able to get online using dial up for about a month or so. The first time I used it was in 1998, I was only 8 and at my cousins house so my aunt and uncle monitored what we were allowed to look up which is smart. My aunt would always stay in the computer room while we used the computer. I finally got a laptop once I graduated high school 18 years ago and was able to browse the internet.

I had a 14k modem in 1996. I used a service called earthlink.

Since 1997 but we didn't leave dialup till 2002. It was all dialup before that. Hehe. Lots of, "GET OFF THE LINE!" Playing PC games.

I had to tell people that every time I had an expected phone call. 😆

I didn't start using it till later on the regular. Around 2003. I had no use for it before that.
